RAILA stopped from using the VIP lounge on what was said to be ORDERS FROM ABOVE..

Unconfirmed news is on circulation indicating that today as Raila Odinga was departing for Kisumu, he was stopped from using the VIP lounge on what was said to be ORDERS FROM ABOVE..

Former PM RAO was humiliated at the JKIA as he left for Kisumu. Mr. Odinga was barred from using the airport's VIP facilities and forced to use the normal exit points (through security checks) to the KQ waiting lounge. 

This was explained to have been as a result of an Executive order (instructions from above) according to a lady Deputy Chief of Protocol at the airport.

Could this be true?  Is Uhuru's Jubilee government guilty?
