Quite true, I have heard several people complaining about the food that was served at State House after President Kenyatta addressed the nation on Madaraka Day.

Maybe State House Catering
department should consider a creative way of bringing in traditional
food cooks from across Kenya and members of their team for Garden
parties as opposed to Sarova Hotels… Sarova yesterday put up a poor show
of their brand … serving stale salad and generally food that was not
fresh, a few friends are already managing the aftermath….an apology from
the hotel chain would do…but more importantly a new creative and
participatory method should be introduced….my thoughts
