Thursday March 7, 2013 - Political scientist Mutahi Ngunyi has said
Deputy Prime Minister Uhuru Kenyatta will still be the fourth President, whether
the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) resort to manual or
electronic tallying.
In his twitter account on
Thursday, Mutahi who is renowned political analyst said going by Monday’s
voting trends Uhuru Kenyatta has enough numbers to clinch the Presidency in
round one.

percentage was 56:42. At 40%, it was 53:40. Now at 8% recounted votes, it is
56:41. What will change?
He also said that he has
been urging CORD supremo Raila Odinga not to trust opinion polls but he continued
trusting them.
