Reports reaching our news desk indicate that Tony Ogunda, the
former GSU officer embroiled in the divorce petition between former
Minister of Information & Communication and presidential aspirant
Raphael Tuju and his wife,Ruth Akinyi, has been found dead.
According to Standard Group's crime reporter,Cyrus Ombati, Ogunda's
lifeless body was found in a house in Nairobi's Upper Hill Area.
The former GSU officer had been named in a divorce petition filed by Tuju, after it emerged that his wife was openly cheating on him with the younger officer. The media guru had filed for separation after his 27 years old marriage took a dramatic turn in 2011.
In the petition, Tuju offered Ruth a monthly maintenance allowance of KSh200,000 and to continue paying her balance of the KSh180,000 bank car loan in two monthly installments of KSh90,000.
