Daniel Owira
Daniel Owira famously known as Otongolo boy, for his famous performance in the drama festival for the president is now a star.
Besides being adopted and having his fees catered for through University by the president Hon.Uhuru Kenyatta, he has however managed to get good deals due to his good talent.
Daniel was picked by Naivas Supermarket to feature in their back to school Naivas advert with his authentic luo accent.
It was a contract he signed with Naivas supermarket.He also has managed to be interviewed in one of the best comedy shows in the country, Churchill Show which gave Kenyans a chance to know Owira on a personal level.
Owira rise to stardom does not stop there, the young form two student at Highway Secondary School will now join the acting industry in the country.
He is expected to feature Inspekta Mwala from this evening, 6th May 2013. Inspekta Mwala, is a police comedy revolving around a short policeman whose duty is to ensure that the law is maintained and at the same time deal with his unruly juniors and strict boss with a determination getting him to where other police cannot get. He is well-connected and this makes work easier for him.
You cannot afford to miss this as Owira, Otongolo boy will feature for the very first time on this show tonight.We as the Niaje team would like to wish Owira all the best as he begin his acting career. We can only expect more from him as he rises to stardom gaining fame and popularity along the way.
