BREAKING NEWS: Swahili Shakespeare to be used in a Hollywood movie end of this year. IT HAS JUST BEEN CONFIRMED.
Kennedy Ombima better known as Rabbit or Kaka Sungura is known for his unique rap skills. Actually, he is more of a poet than he is a rapper because he delivers his lines in a poetic manner with creative lyrics to tell a moving story. His music is inspiring and very touching; the type you listen to word by word. His 17-track debut album ‘Tales of Kaka Sungura’ is still one of the best hip-hop albums in Kenya to date. It featured hit tracks like ‘Niko kwa jam nakam’ and Dodoma which he collaborated Harry Kimani putting him on the spotlight and from them on, it’s been straight to the top for Rabbit who is now one of the best Kenyan Hip-hop artists.
Rabbit who’s track ‘Ligi soo’ from his upcoming album ‘Success Begins Now’ is doing very well just a few weeks after its release is headed for even bigger things after news that just got in about his track ‘Swahili Shakespeare’ from his second album ‘Orutu ya Masudi; The Exodus’. It has been confirmed that ‘Swahili Shakespeare’ will be used in a Hollywood movie at the end of this year.This just goes to show, how great of an artist ‘Kaka Sunguch’ leading him to be recognized Internationally.
